Propertiful provides off-market real estate investment property listings, deal alerts, and a buyer portal for purchasing wholesale properties. Services include:

• Off-market property deal listings via web portal and SMS alerts
• Property deal analysis and valuation information
• Electronic contract execution and earnest money deposit processing
• Buyer-seller transaction coordination

3. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to Propertiful SMS alerts, you agree to the following:

• Consent: By providing your phone number and submitting the opt-in form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Propertiful regarding off-market investment property opportunities, deal alerts, and related communications.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on available deals and your preferences. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.
• Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details on your messaging plan.
• Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at [email protected].
• No Purchase Required: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any property or service from Propertiful.
• Supported Carriers: Compatible with most major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

5. Account Registration

To access certain features of the portal, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

6. Property Listings and Information

Propertiful provides property information for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of property listings, valuations, or market data. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before making any investment decision.

7. Transactions

Real estate transactions conducted through Propertiful are subject to the terms of the applicable purchase contract. Earnest money deposits are governed by the terms specified in your signed contract. Propertiful acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the purchase agreement between buyer and seller.

8. Non-Circumvention

By accessing property details through the Propertiful portal, you agree not to contact sellers directly or circumvent Propertiful in any transaction for properties discovered through our platform. Violation of this provision may result in termination of your account and legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Propertiful website and portal, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Propertiful LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propertiful LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment opportunities.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Propertiful does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
