Automated Processing: Propertiful uses an automated assistant powered by artificial intelligence to read inbound SMS messages, infer your investment preferences, and generate responses. To provide this, the content of your messages may be transmitted to a third-party AI provider for processing under confidentiality terms. We do not use your messages to train third-party public AI models. A human team member may also review conversations to assist you.

SMS message logs are retained for compliance and service improvement purposes. You may request deletion of your SMS data by contacting us.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Transaction Parties: Title companies, escrow officers, and other parties necessary to complete a real estate transaction you have initiated.
