How we price every deal.

We don't list retail. Our AI comping engine pulls recent comparable sales, estimates after-repair value, subtracts estimated repairs, and sets the deal at 70% of ARV. That's built-in equity — grounded in comps, not guessed.

No Propertiful markup. What's listed is the property's purchase price — we don't add a platform fee. Standard third-party closing costs apply, as in any transaction.
